A Snapshot into Strengths - 1/2 Day Session 

Shifting the conversation to what is right with us can have profound effects on human flourishing and performance.  Begin to see and appreciate your talent themes and those of your team.  Attendees will:

  • understand their top 5 signature talent themes

  • gain self-awareness and appreciation about personal areas of greatest potential

  • create a plan to begin applying strengths

 

Start with Talent, Finish with Strengths - full day session or multi-part series

It takes 6 conversations about strengths to fully integrate them.  In this full day workshop or multi-part series, attendees will get to learn and appreciate their unique talents, gain understanding of their team’s talent and begin to leverage each others strengths to increase performance and engagement.   Attendees will:

  • understand their top 5 signature talent themes

  • gain self-awareness and appreciation about personal areas of greatest potential

  • create a plan to begin applying strengths

  • have a deeper understanding + appreciation of other team members

  • strengthen team productivity, collaboration, and goal setting
